I'm starting to think this stubborn weight that won't go is unique to women aged 30+? I'm sure I tried to drop sizes when I was younger and never had this much trouble.
I'm up to 139lbs, 1lb more than when I initially started... So decided enough is enough! So glad this group is around for motivation and support! Going to prioritize sleep, walking, and water alongside intermittent fasting but genuinely stick to it xx
