Checklist to ask from the nurse about weightloss

I'm really trying to lose weight and decided that I need help. I booked an online appointment with the private hospital health care team for this week that specialises in obesity. No idea what professional is doing the meeting. I also managed to get an appointment for next week with a NHS nurse that can do a referral to the council weightloss support group.

I really want to use the time efficiently as possible. I'm scribbling down on paper what I think they might ask and what I should ask. I'm wondering what you would prepare and/or ask so that I have my basis covered?

I was also thinking of asking about weightloss meds. I'm a bit nervous about asking about those. I'm trying to do my research.

Hi I asked GP and they gave me a 6 week online dietitian course thing where I was speaking to a dietitian every Friday

I've gathered a brief history of my weight gain journey.

What I believe to be my personal pitfalls

Ask about assistance to get me going such as meds, groups etc.

What else would be good to think? 🤔
