As per title goes here is your positive Saturday morning motivation! I’m 10 pounds off my goal weight and I feel soo close to my goal now! Happy days! Out of curiosity I’ve just switched my mfp settings to my goal weight and to maintain to see what the future will look like….and I’m very pleasantly surprised to see that il be able to consume 2000 calories a day to maintain my goal! Will make a huge difference to my 1300 calories a day!
Weekends are definitely my hardest days so to see that this morning was a huge motivator to stick to it!! ❤️👏
