As per title goes here is your positive Saturday morning motivation! I’m 10 pounds off my goal weight and I feel soo close to my goal now! Happy days! Out of curiosity I’ve just switched my mfp settings to my goal weight and to maintain to see what the future will look like….and I’m very pleasantly surprised to see that il be able to consume 2000 calories a day to maintain my goal! Will make a huge difference to my 1300 calories a day!

Weekends are definitely my hardest days so to see that this morning was a huge motivator to stick to it!! ❤️👏

Congratulations! Well done! It's not easy to stay motivated, I had just reached my goal weight having lost 25 pounds. But I've put 4 pounds back on from a holiday, so I'm back on it this week. Keep going, no doubt, you're looking great & feeling better in yourself. Have a great weekend!

Thanks!! I’m soo relieved to see that you can go back to a normal eating plan when I’m out I’m fine but when I have a day in it’s tedious at times! I make really nice recipes so it’s not too bad but I must admit I’m missing treats like wine chocolate etc! 😂 but once it’s off it’s off with me! I only ever gain weight pregnant and that’s not happening again!
