5 stone to lose, piled on as soon as I hit my forties. Feel so lethargic, large and lumpy. And frumpy. Need to majorly overhaul, well pretty much everything!!!
Today:
B - All Bran, greek yoghurt and berries
L - Tomato soup and half a tuna sandwich
D - chicken and vegetable curry/slim rice
Tomorrow:
B - scrambled eggs and mushrooms
L - roasted red pepper & lentil soup and half a turkey sandwich
D - slow cooked beef and roast vegetables
