I need some inspiration! Cheap, easy meals. I’ve started skipping meals recently because I’m so uninspired and then I get hungry when I’m not at home and grab a snack which inevitably ends up being unhealthy. I need to prep and force myself but I open the fridge, look at the salad bag and think ‘I can’t be bothered to make anything’.
What are your go to meals that are healthy and uncomplicated?
