Hey guys ! So what do you eat in day to lose weight and what method are you using ? I'm using intermittent fasting, today I had a homemade kebab sandwich which had two slices of aldi seeded bread , one chapli kebab, salad ,mayo , ketchup , I had english tea with half a slice of cheesecake, half a cookie and slush , I also had bits and bobs of kebab before the sandwich so basically two mouthfuls . My window is a 2 hour window but today was longer cus we went out so today I broke my fast at 1.30 and started at 04.35 . Wbu?
