I recently joined a weightloss thread, I was doing really well on Nutracheck at the time. Then the holidays hit, eating out nightly, no routine etc and now I am finding it very difficult to get back on track so am looking for some encouragement.
I still want to stick with Nutracheck, but am struggling in the afternooons, in particular for high protein snacks. I have pcos and am mid 40s so trying to focus on high protein rather than lower carb but am also watching carbs.
I am currently 18 stone 2lb and by next Easter, I would like to be 16 stone.
I am joining the gym this week and have a strength based programme waiting for me.
I really need to take this seriously, my children deserve better, as do I!
Anyone want to join me?
