I've been doing pilates and generally getting a bit fitter. Haven't lost an ounce, but have dropped a dress size. HOWEVER, I now have a horizontal line on each thigh, just past halfway up. It feels like a dip in the muscle/fat and is visible in leggings (it kind of looks like I've been wearing tight shorts or leaning on something). Anyone know what it is? Is it just a weird fat loss thing that will go away or am I doing something wrong??

Sounds like muscle definition. Can you post a photo? It may appear differently to you than to someone else looking at you.

I lost a lot of weight and did a lot of gym stuff, and panicked when I saw long lumps down my calves. I thought possibly very bad varicose veins, but they turned out to be clearly defined, firm muscles. Win!
