I don't know if there already is a thread but I thought how about making one where we can log on our progress every day or every week ? Like starting weight , then log on your current weight and add on if you lose any ? For me it's motivation seeing the numbers come down !

I use nutricheck which is brilliant but you do have to pay for it. There are free ones out there...

I weigh myself every day and record it on a spreadsheet. I've just cut out 'bad' carbs (sugar, white flour, white rice, potatoes). Still losing weight but slower than when I started - not worried by this as I'm still on the right trajectory.

Target is 13 stone (actually 12 stone 13 😁) - if it takes another 6 months to get there that is fine.

Agreed - my partner and I are both following the same diet model (although she has much less weight to lose than me) - and that helps no end.

Thanks ! I hope to reach my goal by March 2025 so I'm nice and trim by my 31st birthday!

goal is to get 1st down gradually, optimistic (OP 😁) is 9
I'm only 5 2 so every lb shows, I do hop on and off scales a lot, but only record on a Friday am in the morning in the nip

I find that my weight can vary by up to a few pounds each day anyway so I wouldn't worry about the odd small rise as long as the overall direction is right.

Realised that this is actually my monthly 'weigh-in' day. I've lost 5.5lb since 13th August so pleased with that too.

Omg that is amazing!!!! I have my driving test today so I broke my fast at 16 hours . Probably won't weigh myself for a few days lol

14 stone 1 this morning so still going in the right direction. Will be very pleased when I first see 13 stone something on the scales. (Hopefully fairly soon).

I seem to have been on a roll over the last few weeks.
As of this morning I have lost exactly 3 stones. So am now under 14 stone at 13 stone 13).
Probably be back at 14 tomorrow though 🤣
