So I’ve successfully lost pregnancy weight twice (4st and then 3st) with slimming world.
i did do intermittent fasting at the end of my weight loss journey to give it a kick start to get to target.
i stayed at target by intermittent fasting and slimming world during the week and relaxing more at the weekends. It worked for 2 years
however now ive started a new job im all out of sorts and sync
I started a new job in May. m a community NHS worker so im out in my car all day. At first i used it as a good opportunity to lose my 7lbs of holiday weight I’d gained. My plan was to have my coffee in the morning before work, then eat nothing during the day and then a normal dinner at night.
but Im so hungry and irritable by the time I get home I’m stuffing my face with biscuits chocolates and then eating my dinner.
its not healthy and I feel moody and irritable.
i suppose im asking for any ideas of what i can eat/take in the car to eat during the day ? Im not a fan of eating salads, pastas etc that have been sitting in a lunch box all day…..
hearing from any other community workers would be great!
