It keeps popping on my IG feed and it seems very sensible and aimed specifically at menopausal ladies...
Just wondering what sort of price it is and if it has been helpful - thanks

I have and I have conflicting thoughts...

Too tired tonight but will come back to this tomorrow!

So I signed up in a bit of a mad moment when I was pregnant - they promise to work with pregnant women. I found the recruitment process borderline coercive - kept asking did I need my husband's permission, did we need to get him in the room, going to be life changing etc etc. Then told me price. Whoa!! 600 per month. I said no. But wait! There's a deal just for you...380 p/m. Special offer.

What can I say, I was vulnerable. I signed up. Money for month 1 gone immediately from my account.

Now, I think for the right person at the right time working with the right coach it could be great. And if that kind of money is something you comfortably have! Which I don't. You get coaching, education videos (not as good as touted tbh) and personal exercise plan. Not a personal diet plan. And the main thing is calorie counting on my fitness pal and eat more protein ! Surprise surprise. Weekly check ins and contact with coach whenever you want.

I just never connected with my coach or really the program. It was very much the wrong time for me and I acknowledge that. But the recruitment process is a bit insane so be warned.

I asked to switch coaches but that was a no go. Which seemed odd to me.

To be fair to them, the minute I said (again) I wasn't happy they dropped me. Like a hot potato! So much for being able to help everyone lol.

So there you go. Approach with caution!

Thank you for that. Really helpful.
I have signed up with a personal trainer at a very small gym next to me. I think i'll stick with this for now.
