I know this has been asked a thousand times, but I need some motivation!
Big work event in just over two weeks, and I have put on about half a stone over summer. I am pretty slim usually, so just the small increase means none of my clothes fit and I feel so bloated.
I need to go the semi-starvation route for the next two weeks - is it realistic to think that if I keep to c.500 calories a day, I can get c.6 pounds off?
