How can I reduce my "primordial pouch" fat?

I've looked into it a bit on the net, which recommends dieting.

The problem is, I am type one diabetic and I weigh 7.48 stone / 103lbs / 47.5kg (my math might be off sorry) which the nurse never said anything other than a healthy weight for a girl my size and age.

I want to get rid of this annoying flab of fat without endangering my health. It's ruining my outfits.

Following! I have the same problem. My stomach is flatter when I've cut out carbs like pasta. Maybe a mild wheat intolerance bloats it. I'm also better without sugar. I use a hoola hoop in front of the TV when I remember, which does help. But I still have this layer of flab.
