Questions for faster, do you get enough calcium?

Not a weghtloss one but I think there'll be plenty of faster on here.

I've done various forms of fasting for about 15 years, for health really but the side effect of weight loss and maintenance in handy.

I'm reaching the age where I'm thinking about bone health and looked up calcium requirements. It's 700mg minimum rising to 1200mg for post menopause. A glass of milk, matchbox piece of cheese or yoghurt is around 200mg. Dairy is the best source, other foods do have some but I think you'd have to eat loads to hit the target.

I settled on pretty much one meal a day many years ago because it fits my lifestyle. I usually eat about 2k calories over 2 or 3 hours so not really restricting but I most definitely don't get enough calcium, and sometimes no dairy at all.

I don't really want to change; my skin, asthma and joint aches are so much better on this plan, but I think I may have to add in some dairy as a breakfast and make sure I have dairy in my evening meal, but even that won't be enough.

Anyway, do you make sure you get enough and what/when do you have?
