I started Herbal Life diet on Sunday (2 shakes plus a low carb/high protein meal). Is going ok so far (day 3 lol!) but I also have to drink 4/5 pints of water!
I've managed 4 pints everyday so far, which is a HUGE amount for me, I never drink anything (usually have 1 coffee and 1 glass of vimto in 24hrs) so this much drinking is hard work and a bit of a shock to my bladder!
However, I can't stop weeing, have to keep going out of work for a wee, when i'm in gym I have to break off for a wee. I usually go on longish runs (50-60mins) but no way can I go that long without a wee.
Will my body get used to it do you think? How do all you big water drinkers cope?
