Has anybody had any success with the Ovira curb cravings? I keep seeing ads for it but unsure if it’s just another gimmick!

I had been taking Ovira for a week. Given it had a similar active ingredient to Ozempic I was hopeful it would cut down the food noise.
Sadly no joy , I have not felt any difference
