I have 30 off days before I go on holiday and I need a reset. I've been all over the place and the weight has crept on.

1500 calories
Walk 150km (over the 30 odd days)
6 gym sessions a week (mix of cardio and resistance)
Minimum of 4 days per week booze free.
8 hours of sleep a night
