I'm thinking of signing up but it's ££.

Have any of you tried it?

Following as I'm interested but think it's too expensive .

I like the podcasts. Have learnt alot from them.

You can just get a cgm for £50 or on a 2 week trial for £0 from Abbott and eat to minimise your blood sugar. Follow the advice in the podcasts- eat whole foods, 30+ plants a week, eat the rainbow etc and you will be 95% the way there.

This. I paid for Zoe and it was basically all about the CGM which you can do easily by yourself, it uses libre sensors and an app on your phone and you only get this for two weeks. You also get a stool analysis but in reality, this means little. It will tell you what extra plants you need to eat to improve it- basically any plants you are not already eating. It basically encourages a plant based diet. Another downside- you don’t keep access to any of your data once you leave the programme. It’s a gimmick, and an expensive one at that,

Looks like I will be sticking to MFP. Thank you!

I do Zoe. I joined in April and have followed it quite consistently. I do feel a lot better though I will say with there not being an emphasis on calories as such you need to watch you’re not overdoing good but energy rich foods like nuts if you want to lose weight. You add your foods to a diary though and it gives you calories and macros so that’s easy to check. The testing process was fascinating and results and advised foods lists came back quickly. I love the recipe ideas and tips and food scanning in the app. If you’re interested in giving it a go you can use my referral link to get 10% off testing and subscription. I would then get a free month subscription.
