Anyone actually paid for these 'personalised plans' and found they worked?
Anyone actually found the secret principles to losing weight over 50? So many of these adverts tell us that stopping carbs and doing cardio etc won't work .
Frustrated!

What worked for me was working out my TDEE, reducing the calorie total by 20% to get a weight loss calorie target, and rigidly sticking to it.

I had already cut out alcohol, which saved loads of calories.
My tummy does increase massively if I have loads of sugar for a several days, even if it’s within my calorie allowance. The wobble returns quite quickly but, equally, goes again quite quickly if I rein it back in and switch to healthier, lower carb foods.

Post menopause I’m now slimmer than I was in my younger, slimmer days.

I cut out the UPFs, reduced calories and upped the exercise and lost 3st aged 54. Not sure if there is any secret other than some rigid determination!

I worked out what my calories should be and calorie count. I also split my macros so that I'm having high protein. I have done keto in the past and the weight fell off but my cholesterol shot up and tbh it's very restrictive. Now I eat carbs but generally slow release and a small portion with every meal.If I eat too many carbs esp things bread, cakes etc I bloat really quickly and look pregnant.
