there is a poster up in my doctors say that if your bmi is over 30 they can help u will help support advice and medication to lose weight

thinking of doing this need the weighing i less likely to eat crap if i no some one else is going to weight me

does any one no what the medication might be just want to look in to it a bit before i go

i need to lose about 6 stone by the way if that makes a diffence to medication

my older sister is on slimming pills and being seen by the dietician at local hospital they want her to lose 8 stone .she has had bouts of diaroeh( sorry crap at spelling ) you have have to be very carefull what your eating. she has lost 2 stone so far though.i also need to lose weight having put on 2 and a half stone since my son was born 20months ago.i just havent got any will power and just love food so much and cant stand being hungry
