Hi, does anyone know of a resource like Team RH but less rude please!

Just download the myfitnesspal app because that's what they ask you to link your account to anyway. I've lost a decent amount of weight previously just by walking an hour a day and sticking to around 1700 cals (eating veg/pasta/fruit/ lean protein etc) You don't need to pay someone to tell you this. I used to follow team RH on FB and got banned for a comment, not even sure what i said to upset him tbh, but I agree he's not the most pleasant person and has a lot of reviews that say as much.

Six pack Reveloution.

It’s slightly different because you commit to a 75 day challenge and you get put in a Facebook group with people all doing the challenge at the same time. They are lovely and supportive.

I have done it several times but only been successful once. When I was successful I looked amazing. I don’t really know why I kept failing …. Sticking to anything is hard!!

Also - I am currently doing the Faster Way. It’s an app and a real live coach. It’s based on 16:8 fasting. There is daily exercise and recommend food. What I don’t like is the lack of music with the exercise but I can live with it for half an hour and occasionally.

I was with them for a while too. Very disillusioned by how horrible he can be, though he claims he's "being real". No, he's just being awful. I used to feel horrendously guilty for not doing 15,000 steps a day, which led to more emotional eating.
I just stopped using it, used mfp myself, stuck to 7,500 steps average a day (what i can do without stressing) and I'm down 1st.
