Any other expectant mums on here looking to shed some body fat and move towards a healthier weight? I'd love some company.
I'm 15 weeks pregnant and about 20kg overweight. It's effecting my mental health and self-esteem, and I'm also finding this pregnancy much harder on my back and knees than my previous one, during which I was about 10kg lighter.
I'm going to be trying the usual:
- Slightly smaller portions
- Reducing carbs a little
- Moving more
- Fewer UPFs and sugary treats
- Healthy swaps
If any other mums-to-be are in the same boat, give me a shout. Or if you've successfully made healthy changes while pregnant, please share advice!
