5st for me. 14st 7, aiming to get to 9st 7. Anyone want to join me?
I'm planning on
- dropping carbs and sugars, maybe with the exception of an occasional wine
- dropping out UPF as much as possible
- doing 16:8, eating window of 12pm-8pm
- at least 30 mins daily exercise, swimming, steps on elliptical, YT workouts and I'll try and add some yogo or pilates in at some point
- once I've dropped a bit of weight & inflammation and am feeling better I'll look at going back to the gym, maybe for the 1st September
- plenty of water each day
- adding green tea in, daily
I did plan on getting up early and getting some steps in but I woke up with a headache (last carbs were before lunch) so I think the next few days might be a bit rough, especially for cravings. I'm going to try to stop that with green tea, as that has helped with that before. And I'll go for a swim tonight.
