I need to lose weight and get my fitness back up, I’ve tried Joe wick and HIIT stuff but get demotivated that I’m not as fit as I once was. I don’t have time between full time work, a toddler and caring for my mum.
I need some sort of plan I can stick to at home and Grow With Jo keeps cropping up on my Instagram so I wanted to know if anyone has done her plans and if they are any good?
