Starting an accountability thread as I’ve signed up for the EC Method 5 for 5, and am really hoping it will remotivate me! I lost weight early last year, then hit a plateau. I was maintaining but recently the lbs have started to sneak back on, mainly due to recent lifestyle changes.
I’ve started a course, alongside full time work, so have less time to exercise and the change in routine is tiring, which is a massive snack trigger for me 😩… My course is for a few years so need to make some changes to stay healthy.
This is only for five days (starting tomorrow) so it’s a chance to to find out if coaching could be sustainable for me alongside working, studying, single parenting.
Side note: I sometimes take on too much 😅
