Hi. I have loose skin already due to genetic issues.
im now on mounjaro due to inability to exercise because of disability and worried that if im lucky enough to lose weight I will end up with even more lose skin.
an already facially ravaged by age!
long story short, please can someone recommend a good collagen supplement for me?
am finding it too much to research 🤯

I like Willpowders Bovine Collagen Peptides, it mixes well with my black coffee. Saw the recommendation on here and been taking it for around eight months, I've lost nearly 5 stone on injectables over the past year with very little exercise.
I take 15ml/day (around 50 kcal if you're counting) and although I do have some sag at 50+ it's not much worse than my friends who were always slim and fit.
I can't say what I would have been like without the collagen but it's not done any harm and I swear my skin is getting slightly better having been through a bit of a 'melted candle' stage.

I have tried a few and my favourite one is the unflavoured bovine collagen from my protein. It has no taste (or smell!) and I mix it with either a clear way drink or a fruit smoothie.

I have people throwing codes at me so I won't! But I do have a £10 off your first order if you want to give it a try.

I am on the fence about ingesting collagen as I am pretty sure you just wee it out. I just use liquid facial collagen peptides (boots, inkey list) and put it straight onto my face. I do rate it I think it’s good and it’s not expensive. The bovine collagen you ingest is so expensive which put me off
