In lockdown a local PT did an amazing Facebook group sharing workouts and it was a great little community. I lost over a stone and a half 😀. But when lockdown ended it trailed off. I’ve lost all motivation and piled most of the weight back on.
Does anyone have recommendations for some having similar? An online community to give me the kick up the bum I need. My wish list is workouts without loads of equipment that I can do at a time to suit me and a community to give done accountability, and not £££s.
