Started Mounjaro today....anyone want to join this journey with me?

Did my first injection this morning, I'm hoping and praying this works as I'm just steadily getting heavier and heavier and nothing seems to work for me.

I'm so ashamed to say that my starting weight (and my heaviest to date) today is 309.8lb. I'm 5"9 and a size 22. I'm hopeful in a month I can update those numbers to something more palatable!!

Just wanted to say it’s a leap of faith but I really hope it helps you in the way it has me - I needed a reset and it’s worked to do that. I’ve lost nearly 15kgs so far over 14-15 weeks and feel so much better. I could have lost more if really gone for it but have had holidays etc in that time too and would rather it be steady.

I am under no illusions that it is easy to come off it, I have previously had saxenda and gained all I lost very rapidly after I stopped but that was entirely on me and I’ve learnt my lesson
