Please share all your hints and tips to maintain your motivation when losing weight.
I'm over six weeks in and have lost 9.6kg so far. SW was 106.4kg so have a fair bit to lose. I'm using a programme provided by my local council which seemed really achievable. But I've struggled the last two weeks. I reached a new low today when I resorted to eating a packet of my kids' veggie straw crisps after also raiding the potty training treat box, all within 30 mins before tea. Help!
