Hey all
I started on Ozempic just over a year ago. I was 14.5 stone and got down to about 11st when I switched to Mounjaro.
As of this morning I'm 9st 11 and that is a health weight for my height of 5ft 2. I' turn 41 years old this week.
I want to lose another stone though to look my best. I was that weight about 4 years ago.
I mostly eat 2 meals a day and don't do much exercise I confess!
I find 10mg MJ more than enough! I am actually scared to start my 12.5mg pen! I might start counting clicks to keep it more about 6-7mg.
Typical day:
Noon - greek yog & fruit
5pm - salmon/steak, fruit/veg.
Plus low cal hot choc and a wee bit of choc every day. I occasionally have some crisps.
It sounds like fuck all written down but I think it's about 1000 cals/day. I don't overthink it at this point. Once I lose the last stone, I will reassess.
