I've reached 12.12 which is my first goal weight (started months ago at 13.12, then stuck at 13.1 for weeks and weeks).

Instead of being delighted, I'm just sad I'm still fat, and talking myself into having a slice of toast or a big bowl of porridge - I've lost weight by not eating until 12 then sticking to 1200 calories a day with lots of walking.

Talk me down until 12pm when I can eat!

How long have you been dieting? 1200 is doable and fine but very much on the lower end of what you should be eating and diet fatigue is real.

If you feel desperate, have a maintenance day and eat your breakfast. It won't do any harm and may prevent you completely falling off the wagon later.

Porridge is fairly healthy. Maybe have some eggs if you want to avoid the carbs?
