I have been doing Slimming World for a week now but have been doing only green days, as I have no idea what to do for a red day!
Has anyone got a menu for a red/origional day at all?

TIA x

Why not go for just meat/eggs and loads of veg? From memory I think a red day is basically a no-carb day? How about steak with mushrooms, tomatoes, peas? Corned beef salad? Salmon salad?

If you go to class have a look in the magazines - they have sample menus for red and green days.

Meat, fish and eggs are the staples, but you can have potatoes as a healthy extra.

Some ideas: Steak and chips (done in oven with fry light), Chicken wrapped in bacon and stuffed with leeks and mushrooms, or stuffed with Lite Philly as a HE. Ham and mushroom omelette - you can have 1 oz cheese as a HE too. Irish Stew. Roasted vegetables - butternut squash, pepper, red onion, courgettes, whatever (all free on red).

I hate red days though - hardly ever do them but have still lost over 2 stone so far
