You just don't want to know what I've had today. DH had some friends visiting today and we ate out at lunch time and had cake and.............oooops!

MMB I am too easily led. Its all my friend's fault that I drank what I did but in my defence I would have been on target for my weekly syns if it wasn't for the heartattacksub that my friend also forced down my throat. I have been a very good girl all week apart from Friday night and Saturday (1am sunday SOoooo counts as still saturday if you haven't been to bed yet!) so if you could arrange for a weight loss for me on tuesday night I would be very grateful and I promise never to drink WKD cocktails or eat subway again.

Sparkler, please do the honours with that kipper.
