Fancy a positive thread to post daily wins?
I have a lot to lose and am trying to in-still healthy positive habits.
I'm going to sim to post 3 wins a day.
Thursday:
1). Have been to the gym before work
& had a swim
2.) Have bought healthy food...
Berries & yog for breakfast
Salad for lunch
Tofu stir fry for dinner
3). If I'm tempted to snack this afternoon I will go for a walk or garden!
