I find it much easier to start new routines or projects on Mondays or 1sts of months .... so could starting my weight loss journey on Monday 1st July mean I might actually succeed!?!
Is anyone else feeling the Monday 1st vibe or am I just kidding myself? 😔

Downloaded MFP, got a meal plan set up, set some reminders on my phone and I really want to hit the ground running.

Breastfeeding an 11wo. Never successfully lost weight and kept it off and I have a horrid feeling I'm just not going to manage it, and if I can't do it this time, I just don't feel like I will ever be able to.

Absolutely broke so can't afford slimming world and don't want to mention to my DH as it feels too real if I do that. So no RL accountability.

Don't know what I'm asking really. Just wanted to tell someone out there somewhere that I am going to try ....

No, I'm feeling it too!

And I'm thinking that half the year is over and I haven't tried to lose weight but ... the second half starts today 🙌

I'm feeling it too. I always try on the 1st of the month, but when it's a Monday as well it just feels right!

I'm just upping my walking - got a bit slack (winter here) - and cutting out treats and snacks. I'm determined to have lost a stone by the warmer months.

I'll join in! Need some encouragement to get back into healthier habits 😊

Ill start doing a couple exercise videos a week and cutting out snacks. Unfortunately, I'll need to stick to around 1000cals a day as I'm a short arse😑

I need to stop speed reading... I thought you said. Breast feeding an 11 year old!

If I'm honest a diet will only work when you are ready for it... it's not just a diet it's a whole mindset and lifestyle change..

But good luck
