Just paid fifteen quid for the app. Fancied the work out videos and the 'personalised' diet plan.
Wish I had spent more time reading up on it because I feel like I've wasted my money. All the meals on the plan are completely homemade, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Doesn't give you portion sizes cal information.
It says you can eat off plan occasionally and it won't affect your weight loss...yet by the sounds of it I would be eating off plan a lot.
The breakfasts seem to be homemade pancakes, homemade granola etc. the easiest lunch option is a bagel and peanut butter, the rest of the recipes seem like big homemade jobs. Fat chance of that working and looking after kids.
I wasn't expecting everything to be grab and go but I would have thought it would have been more suited for busy families.
Feel a bit sad and fed up. Just want something I can stick to.
