Hi, anybody interested in keeping track of what you’re eating? Had a bad day (first day of painful period) so didn’t make the best choices. But have been good for the past week so not going to give myself too much of a hard time. Head was absolutely banging all of last night as I tried to sleep.
Breakfast - 2 packets of prawn cocktail multipack crisps (craving)
Lunch - cheese sandwich
Dinner - prawn tomato pasta with sprinkled cheese on top
Will probably have a glass of wine to watch the footie.
Just glad I didn’t delieveroo McDonald’s. Normally have 2 burgers on days I feel shit.
