What did you eat today diet edition?

Hi, anybody interested in keeping track of what you’re eating? Had a bad day (first day of painful period) so didn’t make the best choices. But have been good for the past week so not going to give myself too much of a hard time. Head was absolutely banging all of last night as I tried to sleep.

Breakfast - 2 packets of prawn cocktail multipack crisps (craving)

Lunch - cheese sandwich

Dinner - prawn tomato pasta with sprinkled cheese on top

Will probably have a glass of wine to watch the footie.

Just glad I didn’t delieveroo McDonald’s. Normally have 2 burgers on days I feel shit.

B: banana and raspberries with vanilla protein yoghurt
L: beef and veg soup with 2 slices of bread, followed by an apple and an orange
D: lasagne and salad.

Lunch - ham sandwich and slice of cake

Snacks - a twix, party rings, fruit, yoghurt, corn flakes

Trying to IF today. Plan is to have a stir fry at around 5 pm plus birthday cake and maybe a glass of something fizzy. If I manage it I will have fasted for 24 hours, will make me feel more in control.

I do have hunger pangs but feel great energy wise. Will have eggs if I start to feel rubbish.

Yesterday
B: raspberries, banana, yoghurt
L: quiche (that one that's doing the rounds on social media, made using a wrap and cottage cheese) an apple and an orange.
D: salmon, roasted new potatoes, peas

D: pasta bolognaise with a sprinkle of cheese

It's quite samey but I find that easier.

Breakfast: poached egg on a slice of sourdough, thin spread of butter and a few splashes of hot sauce
Lunch: home made Chinese style chicken ad sweetcorn soup
Dinner: sweetcured mackrel fillet, salad and cous cous
Snacks: 85% dark chocolate, scone with butter and jam

L: cabbage, leeks, with tahini siracha mixed beans
D: roast peppers, courgettes, tomatoes with feta

B: 79g Yeo Valley plain yoghurt, 16g honey, 30g granola and a banana
S: clementine
L: Mixed salad with sweet chilli chicken chunks and an apple
S: 3 ritz crackers and 35g cottage cheese with pineapple
D: Spanish chicken (chicken, chorizo, onion and peppers in a tomato sauce), roast potatoes, baby corn, Mangetout, broccoli & green beans.
S: Undecided whether to go for a bag of crisps, an Aldi 25g moser Roth dark chocolate or a selection box size crunchie.
