Use MyFitnessPal to input your exact brands and amounts, it could vary wildly depending on bread type, biscuit type, portion size etc. I don't think it would be over your TDEE but could be depending on portion size etc

As above. Just use my fitness pal. What's one biscuit? A chocolate digestive is different to a rich tea.

I'd eat carbs (spaghetti Bol/bangers and mash) in the day to keep you going rather than as tea.

Butter on the bread? Supermarket loaf or a wedge of sourdough?
Mayo or another condiment on the salad sandwich? How much chicken?
What type of biscuit?
70g of pasta or 200g? 5% mince or 20% mince in the ragu?
Mash - butter, cream? Traditional sausages or those heck imitations?

It could literally be anywhere from 800 calories to over 3000, so unless you've tracked and weighed (and been honest about every single ingredient - have you seen the calories in olive oil) there is absolutely no way for anyone to know.

Any butter? How did you cook the egg?

Lunch -chicken salad sandwich )

Any butter? Mayo?

Snack -1 biscuit

What kind?

Tea -can be either spag bol or sausages and mash

Homemade bol? What kind of mince? 5%? How many sausages? How much mash? Butter in the mash?

No one will be able to give you anything like an accurate answer because there isn't enough information. When you're trying to record calories you need to keep track of every element of your meal. Butter and mayo adds A LOT of calories.

pinkgin79 · 19/06/2024 06:23

Is ent fitness pal and upload your meals. Don't forget to add things like butter, spread, mayonnaise etc and how much. You'll be surprised at how fast the calories add up!

CurlsnSunshinetime4tea · 19/06/2024 06:33

My nice butchers sausage comes in at 500 calories.
Lots more detail is needed and it’s hard to butter a slice of anything with 1 tsp of butter.
You need to weigh it all and be honest.

Use MyFitnessPal as you'll be able to log everything. No one can answer this as it's too many variables. The egg for instance depending on how it's cooked. Large or medium egg?

prinkett · 19/06/2024 07:36

Thanks everyone gonna start logging in my fitness
The egg was poached
The chicken sandwich had no mayo and just warburtons bread with cucumber and tomato
The mince I use is 5% fat and the sausages were 373 cals for 2 (just checked wrapper )
Ha ha
Custard cream was my choice of biscuit

One slice of my usual thick sliced white bread is 120 cals. Assuming a boiled or poached egg - 80 calories ish. Butter? Marg?

240 cals for bread.
Butter?
How is the chicken cooked?
Mayo? Salad dressing?
Salad calories likely minimal.
Could be 400 calories, could be 700 calories.

Biscuit - digestive, chocolate coated, ginger biscuit etc? Makes a huge difference. Could be 30 calories, could be 150.

Tea will depend massively on ingredients, portion size etc. would be anywhere from 400 to 1000 calories.

You might be looking at 1000, you might be looking at 3000. This is why weight loss is such a massive pain in the arse.
