I've recently lost some weight. My body feels better. My skin is much clearer. My hair is a lot shinier. I'm feeling much healthier all around. I decided to give up meat, breads, added sugars, cut down on sodium, and make wiser choices about what I put in my body. With all that said, I just got my period for the first time in almost a year. I think my body is letting me know I'm on the right track. I just wanted to share in hopes that maybe someone else has had a similar experience.
