I am quite a few stone overweight, one thing I really really hate about my body though is how the front of my lower legs is fat, one being worse than the other, if I turn to the side in front of the mirror it looks awful.
This does improve with weight loss which I am trying but I wondered if anyone had any tips if they have managed to improve it? I have noticed if I am somewhat dehydrated it doesn’t look as bad (for example if I’ve been ill with a stomach bug or if I’m hungover) which makes me think some of it is fluid retention.
