A week to go.. 2 stone down. Need another half stone down

Any tips to boost... I seem

I had to lose half a stone quickly for an operation. I had two Weetabix with skimmed milk, blueberries and a banana for breakfast every morning, home made thick smooth vegetable soup (any veg like peppers, broccoli, cabbage, leeks, onions, cauliflower) for lunch, and a home made stir fry with protein (chicken, pork loin, or prawns) and peppers, mushrooms, sugar snap peas, onions, etc) at night. If I was feeling hungry I added grilled crispy bacon to the soup. Fresh fruit (apples, oranges, strawberries) for snacks. It was fine and I lost the weight.

You can't lose half a stone in a week. Why do you 'need' to lose another half stone before the holiday?

I've been eating too much fat and salt lately so I feel that the extra weight really is fluid as well as a few pounds extra as I look and feel puffy and bloated . I want my clothes to fit comfortably. That's it really.
