I've recently lost weight and shaped up by tracking and PT 3 times a week. Nothing crazy, just holding myself accountable and making sensible choices and weight training which always really works for me. I now have a month to go before my holiday and would really like to get some more off. Any tips or tricks? The area I'm struggling with is my lower belly. I definitely to need drink more water so that's something I can do straight away but just wondered if anyone had some good advice for things that help them. Thanks in advance
