Great! Well have only been going about a month.
Have listened most nights. And watched all the videos that are open.
Phase 2 hasn't opened yet.
I'm intermittent fasting this week and have lost 3lbs.
I know you're not supposed to weigh, but I was interested!

About the same, I’ve lost a few pounds but am using Nutracheck to monitor what I’m eating, I’m not brave enough to go it alone! I definitely feel like it’s changing my thinking though - I’m snacking less, eating more healthily and despite a very stressful time lately I haven’t said sod it like I usually would and reverted to eating rubbish.

I was extremely sceptical when I first heard it. During the free trial. But then she talked on the video about the inner critic & it really resonated. Not that I’m critical or mean to myself, but the disbelief I have that anything will work or that I can lose weight.

It’s crept on steadily over the last 10 years and I’m now peri menopausal with 3 stone to lose. Nothing has worked. I really hope this does.

Hate calorie counting. So I figure if I just skip one of my 3 meals a day, that's eating a third less than usual.

My problem is definitely eating too much. I eat healthy food and can give or take sweet things most of the time.
