how accurate are those body-fat analyser things?

i mean the ones in boots etc where you grip the handles and they say you have x% body fat.are they right or is it a load of old crap?

Depends.

If you have very little body fat then they are 100% accurate. However if you are erring towards the limits of your BMI they are old crap.

lol.well,all i am saying is it can vary by up to 3% in the space of a week.is that normal?
