Hi all, i've been trying to lose weight for a while and i've been struggling with time and motivation. I've started to feel really depressed and anxious about my weight lately and would love if people could share their weight loss journeys and any advice to get myself to happier healthier place? Thanks

Hi OP. What is it do you think has led to losing your motivation? What did you find the biggest struggle? I can give you a motivation but also if you like people could give you tips on what might work for you, I might have more time than you for instance so it’s not as helpful but I can probably relate to some of the struggles

If it's a time issue, we all have time to eat. Starting there is a great option. Make healthy choices. Love your self, and love your body. Your vulnerability is courageous. It takes a lot to reach out for help. I wish you the best. Stay strong!
