My current cardio favourites are the 10 minute solution calorie burner which contains 5 cardio workouts each lasting 10 minutes only and is brilliant and effective (especially Power Blast),
this dance workout which is just fabulous and comprises 4 workouts (music is ace)
Tae Bo - this one has an instructional part, beginners workout, advance workout and 8 minute workout (plus 5 minute warm up) and zapps the calories or try this one or this one which are aimed at beginners/improvers

and this one by Nell McAndrew which is tough but it does have 5 bail out sections so beginners can bail out after the first part.

These DVDs will definitely increase your cardiovascular fitness and if you can supplement your training with running too, you will be soooooooo fit!!!

HTH!

Karen Voight's stuff is great.
American seller on Amazon does them.
30 mins of cardio for most of the DVDs, with level variations for beginners. She also does weights DVDs and step ones.
They all have menu buttons so you can choose the sections you want.
"Energy sprint" has 80 minutes worth of exercises to choose from. Not the yogasculpt one though, it is hard for a beginner.
Very very effective.
I lost 4 kg.

I love Karen Voights workout with Elle McPherson in "The Body" dvd.

Will check out her latest offerings
