Exante was one of the nicer shakes that I followed when I gave it a go. I calorie count now but would deffo use the shakes again if I didn't have the time to count.

Cambridge and shake that weight are the only ones I can think of

Needanewname42 · 09/06/2024 01:45

Slimfast still exists

Squigwords · 09/06/2024 01:47

Holland and Barrett have them.

I am using slimfast and losing weight

WandsOut · 09/06/2024 01:55

Huel or Protein Works do diet meals that are full of good things and don't taste like ass.

I thought Complan was a high calorie nutritional shake for people recovering from illness. At least that’s how it was marketed forty-odd years ago!

Things could have changed, it could be for dieting now. When I was a kid Lucozade was for ill people as well (I loved it but was only allowed about half an inch of it in the bottom of a tiny glass because my mum said ‘its not pop’) now its a sports drink and tastes horrible.

Cheers have ordered some slim fast, worth a go. I think the last one I had was slim and save but doesn't exist anymore.

If you hardly have any appetite, why do you need slimming shakes?

Ridiculous24 · 09/06/2024 05:13

@MrsTerryPratchett maybe she wants the vitamins as she can't actually eat at the moment for whatever reason.

Forhecksake · 09/06/2024 06:08

Exante closed down but I think New You do very similar shakes. I'm missing those at the moment.

Londonnight · 09/06/2024 06:11

Cambridge 1.1 diet works really well [ I've lost 6 stone on it ]
Slim fast shakes are good too.
There is Huel and Yfood shakes as well.

ThirdStorm · 09/06/2024 07:08

I really liked slimfast, brought the starter box as it gave me meal planning structure and ideas. I loved the ready made cafe latte shakes too.

whyamisotiredallthetime · 09/06/2024 07:27

I tried the ones from Superdrug

They do cafe latte , chocolate, banana , strawberry and caramel flavours . 10 shakes a box , usually on offer 2 boxes for £9

Asda have similar , as do Boots

MattDamon · 09/06/2024 08:05

I used the pre-made Slimfast shakes in a bottle to lose my first two stone. It works well for 'all or nothing' eaters.

I use Premier Protein shakes from Costco now to boost my protein. 30g protein for 160 calories.

FuelCell · 09/06/2024 08:14

I know you've already ordered slim fast but...

I used slim and save a few years ago - definitely preferred them to exante - they have rebranded to 'the new you plan' and have loads of different flavour shakes.

I've just ordered mounjaro, but was thinking that shakes might be handy to get in some protein/nutrients if I have a phase where can't face eating much.

newtb · 09/06/2024 08:18

There's also thé New You Plan that's like slim and save.

HappyKatieA · 09/06/2024 08:40

I've been doing The New You Plan, I've lost almost 2st in 8 weeks! I love it.
