Getting rid of apron belly

After 2 C-sections I have a definite apron belly. I have been slowly losing weight over the past couple of years but the apron just isn't shifting.

Is surgery the only real option for getting rid of it?

Yes. But as an option, it works beautifully. Am thrilled with my results.

I think it is.
I have the same thing after 2 c sections but surely in this day and age everyone knows why and doesn't give it a second thought.
If its really really affecting your confidence, have surgery if that's what you want. If not it's easy to skim and camouflage.
