Weight loss drugs and biologics medication

Is anyone who takes any of the weight loss drugs also on biologic medication for an autoimmune disorder?

Thinking of starting to take one of the medications but am biologics for psoriasis. I will of course speak to my dermatologist but in the meantime was wondering if there was anyone on here taking both?

Just about to be prescribed biologics for psoriasis and on wegovy - dermatologist told me today it’s not contraindicated- so hopefully ok.

how do you find biologics ? I’ve been hit by psoriasis like a freight train from nothing Jan to it being really severe (he’s a scored me really high in the two severity scoring measures). It’s so awful and I’m so fed up. And fat.
