I've lost 7lbs in one week!!!!

Cant believe it - never done any dieting properly before as I didnt believe they worked - but it does and it wasnt too painful.

only another 3 and a bit stones to go!

sorry - i just wanted to share as i dont have anyone in rl to celebrate with. DH doesnt really understand.

Well done. I lost 4 stones with WW after giving birth to twins 4 years ago. Took me nearly a year to lose the weight.

Keep up the good work and remember to do some exercise as well as drinks lots of water.

Spokette - Well done loosing teh 4 stone - thats about the total amount I want to loose - I know I wont loose this much every week - but was just so amazed that it actually works.

Hi, WW is fab and i lost 3 stone, i do have a question for any of you though.....i got to my goal weight last year in march and stupidly never went to meeting again, i have since put on a stone, (have been eating crap for a whole year)so not that bad, i want to go back to a meeting which has opened up right near my home....am i still a member or do i need to re join...if so how do i get free membership? Have recently had vouchers through post for ww.

I'm joining next Monday! I'm looking forward to shifting some excess weight!
